All appointments, including the £10 fee for an initial consultation, must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance of our session. Cash or bank transfer are acceptable. Failure to do so, will result in the loss of the session.
Discounts apply when block bookings are made and paid for in full before the start of the treatment.
If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for an appointment, the session will be terminated and no refund will be given.
If a client arrives late, the session won’t be extended over the agreed time and the full session fee will still apply. Refunds cannot be given in these circumstances. Where possible, I will be flexible if there is no booking immediately after the session.
If you do need to rearrange a session, please give plenty of notice.
Each therapy session is geared towards the needs of the client, as every client is different and I will do my very best for each client, with their engagement and collaboration, but it would be unethical to provide a 100% success guarantee.
